It is important to know that eggs can be temperamental when making omelets. You must get them fresh, organically, and keep them cold until you cook. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate the egg before adding it to the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

The egg can burn if it is placed directly on the stovetop. Instead, heat the egg for 10 seconds in the microwave before placing it in the pan. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. When mixing eggs, it is important to thoroughly beat them. You need to turn the bowl of the mixer upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This way, the air inside the bowl gets whipped around and mixes the egg thoroughly.
